Big thanks for the KTM team for for helping us in our journey through Europe. The bike lift and all the tools were provided without any early booking to change premature worned out chain and sprockets. Also TPMS error light clearance helped a lot. 😊 Well done guys and thank You again for such top service. …

I went to this store last Saturday and the salesman I met was extremely nice, so much so that he didn't even charge me for a 4 cent piece, the store is magnificent.

I would like to share my disappointing experience at Baines Moto. During my visit to their garage, my motorcycle was damaged. As a customer, I expected quality service and responsible handling of my vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience at Baines Moto in no way corresponded to my expectations. First of all, they used the wrong oil when draining my engine (15w60 MOTUL instead of 10W50 MOTOREX recommended by the manufacturer). On top of that I discovered obvious scratches as well as the broken fuse holder. I highly recommend avoiding Baines Moto if you are looking for quality service for your motorcycle

Nothing to say about the KTM brand except the lack of reliability on the new models and the instrumentation which is 10 years out of date. But more on repair centers... For a super duke 1290 v3 I made 3 returns for poor gasket assembly following a simple service. I finally ordered the part to make the change myself and not have to worry anymore. It is a shame to do repairs on a vehicle under warranty yourself.

Concession to absolutely avoid. I bought a 690 Duke and am trading in my 790 Adventure on June 3, 2023. During the negotiation, the boss told me that he will have to change the tire and the chain kit on my 790 as well as guarantee it for 2 years (it was still guaranteed for 1 year) and therefore reduce the trade-in price by €900. I accept, considering this attention as proof of seriousness. The boss tells me about the spare parts and the spare key that he will send me by post. When testing the new motorcycle, no luck, the original silencer broke. They repair one for me so I can go home agreeing to exchange it later with a new Ixil exhaust. We validate the transaction. At the same time I ask them to give me the registration document. The papers completed I then take my new motorcycle (690 Duke) guaranteed for two years, maintained etc.. After a 2 hour drive to get home I get down to work on my levels and lubrication to prepare for my outing the next day. Surprise to see that 1l of oil is missing out of the 1l5 of engine capacity. So I do a complete visual check of the bike. Result: rinsed chain kit, dead chain protection shoe, dead rear pad and rear tire with 50% wear. I let the seller know. He apologizes, explaining to me that the transaction had been accelerated for me. He suggested that I take the bike back to do major maintenance and change the few faulty parts. The parents of the boss therefore spend the following week to collect the motorcycle. Two weeks later they brought it back to me. So I do a Check. The protective skid is new, they added the missing passenger handles. However, I have no trace of maintenance, the chain kit, tire and brake pads remain unchanged. I would like to point out that at this moment it has been more than a month and a half since the sale was made. I still don't have a registration document, promised spare parts or even a transfer of the amount they owe me following the trade-in of my 790 (namely €2,500). I'm contacting the boss again. He immediately shifts to a more aggressive tone. Telling me that I'm overdoing it and that I'm asking a lot. The conversation quickly ends with criticism about the cleanliness of my motorcycles as well as my choice of accessories. I had to put them on notice to pay me what they owed me to get my money (2.5 months after the sale). I still have no proof of maintenance on the two motorcycles and I had to do the chain, tire and rear pad kit myself (350€) in my usual dealership. Communication is now impossible. I also realized that there were missing interviews that call into question the two-year warranty. The story is not over but I have never had so many problems when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. Absolutely to be avoided. And Mr. Dubos, please question yourself a little. You don't treat people that way, especially when you represent a brand. A letter was sent to KTM France to warn them of the poor quality of this garage.
